Eurostar from Paris to London
Day 1 : Venice
Join the Eurostar at London St Pancras for the journey to Paris Gare du Nord and transfer to Paris Gare d'Austerlitz Station. Here, you will board the blue and gold carriages of the Venice Simplon-Orient-Express.
Your Steward welcomes you on board with a glass of sparkling wine. After you have settled into your comfortable private compartment it will soon be time to dress for dinner in one of the three magnificent restaurant cars. Here you will be served a delicious four-course dinner, prepared by the train's skilled French chefs. After dinner you may want to linger in the bar car, listening to the sound of the baby grand piano. When you are ready, retire to your compartment, which has now been transformed into a cosy bedroom by your cabin steward.
Dinner and overnight on board.
Day 2 : Prague
Breakfast is served in your compartment at a time to suit you. Spend the morning relaxing in the comfort of your compartment, gazing at the beautiful passing scenery as the train heads towards Prague, or chatting with fellow travellers over coffee in the Bar Car. Later, enjoy a three-course lunch in one of the magnificent restaurant cars. The train pulls in to Prague's Hlavni Station in the afternoon.
Arrive in the "Golden City" of Prague late in the afternoon and transfer to your chosen hotel for two nights. Spend your time at leisure, allowing a chance to stroll around the Old Town with its wonderful square and famous astrological clock.
Breakfast and lunch included. Overnight in Prague.
Day 3 : Prague
Enjoy your time in Prague at leisure and discover its quaint cobbled street and stunning art-nouveau architecture. The Old Town square and Tyn church and the Castle District are sights worth visiting.
Day 4 : Venice Simplon-Orient-Express
Transfer to the station this morning and rejoin the train for your journey to Paris. Afternoon tea and pastries are served as the journey continues through the Czech Republic and on into Germany. This evening dress in your finest for dinner and your final night on board.
Overnight on board.
Day 5 : Paris to London
The train arrives in Paris Gare d'Austerlitz this morning and transfer to Gare du Nord Station. Join your Eurostar train for your journey back to London.
Breakfast on board.
